Sago Mini ("Sago Mini" "we" and "us"), a Spin Master Ltd. subsidiary, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy only applies to Sago Mini Trips+ (“Game”) which is available exclusively through Apple Arcade. We take privacy seriously at Sago Mini and this policy is designed to share the information we collect and how we use it. Apple's and Terms of Use also apply. Sago Mini is not responsible for Apple’s terms, policies, or practices.

How does Sago Mini Collect Personal Data from You?
Apple GameKit (Game Center): Only used for startup authentication of Sago Mini Trips+ which is processed ephemerally with no data collection taking place on device or shared to servers. Sago Mini Trips+ does not use or collect gameplay activity, leaderboard scores or achievements data.
Sago Mini does not collect any personal data from Sago Mini Trips+.
How We Collect and Process Children’s Information in Our Apps
Sago Mini does not collect any Children’s Information in Sago Mini Trips+.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and the UK GDPR (United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable privacy legislations you have certain rights concerning the processing of personal data by us. The following rights may be applicable for you.

Legal Disclosure
As you can see, we collect minimal personal data from parents and grown ups who wish to provide it, and some non-personal data for internal use only or in conjunction with third parties to help us operate, analyze, and improve our Sites and Services. In addition, we may disclose your personal or non-personal information to additional parties if we believe we are required to by law, by a judicial proceeding, to protect Sago Mini rights and properties, or to investigate fraud, intellectual property infringement, and any other conduct that might be illegal or expose Sago Mini or a user of its services to legal liability.
